Here's a step-by-step guide:

1. Requesting Samples:

   • If you need samples, please email us at clara.ry20@gmail.com.

   • You can request in-stock samples or custom samples (if the existing colors or sizes don't fit your needs).

   • We will ship the samples to your provided address.

2. Sample Request Email Content: When requesting samples, please include:

   • Product Name(s):

   • Size(s):

   • Color(s): (Provide a photo or a Pantone color)

   • Quantity (per size and color):

   • Photo(s) if you have any references.

3. Placing a bulk Order (Requesting a Proforma Invoice - PI):

   • Please contact our sales team at clara.ry20@gmail.com to request a Proforma Invoice (PI). 

   • We will send the PI to your email for payment.

4. Payment:

   • You can pay via T/T (Bank Transfer) or place your order and pay directly through our Shopify checkout.

5. Shipping:

   • Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

   • We will ship the products using the agreed-upon method.

   • Product unit prices are Ex-Factory (EXW), meaning they do not include shipping fees, insurance, taxes, or any other additional charges.

   • As soon as we receive the tracking number or Bill of Lading (BOL), we will share it with you immediately via email. 

1. After-Sales (Returns & Refunds):

   • Since each product is custom-made after we receive your order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for any reason other than manufacturing defects or product quality issues.

   • If you encounter any quality concerns, you must notify us within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

2. After-Sales Resolution:

   • If a quality issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, a refund, or a credit towards your next order. 

If you need a custom-designed product and mold, we require a product sample or drawing to begin.

1. Design & Approval:

   • If you have a sample, our engineering team will create a 3D drawing based on it.

   • We will revise the drawing according to your requirements until you are completely satisfied.

2. Mold Fee Payment: Once the design drawing is finalized, the mold fee will be due for payment.

3. Trial Production & Confirmation:

   • After the mold is made, we will conduct a trial production run.

   • Upon successful trial production, we will send you samples for your confirmation before proceeding with bulk production.
